Over the years, Sitara Chemical Ind Ltd (Textile Division) has strategically enhanced its production capacities through periodical installations of spindles. Today, with the combined installed capacity of 28512 spindles & 96 spindles MVS machine, manufacturing 86,000 tons of yarn per annum, the Company has achieved higher productivity and efficient utilization of resources.

State of the art machineries; Suited for both small and large volume orders;

Homogenous mixing of cotton is done using RIETER Unifloc (Blendomat).

We have a 2-stage optical contamination clearer.

Further cleaning of cotton in RIETER blow room.

Carding using RIETER C-70 cards.

State of the art Draw frame RSB-D 26 are installed.

Howa Roving frames are used to make best quality roving.

CHINA EJM 178 and DTM ring frames are used to spin the best quality yarn.

The minute faults are even cleared using Schlafrost AC – 6 thus the best yarns are wound and packed.

Auto coners are equipped with Uster Quantum Clearer 3 from Switzerland.

In order to adopt new techniques of yarn manufacturing MVS-870 EX (Muratec Vortex Spinning) is installed
